Our leadership team
Michel Faure, Founder - Chairman
Michel has acquired extensive and in-depth experience in the energy sector during his professional career, primarily at Royal Dutch Shell. During his 33 years with the Group, he held numerous general management positions in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. In his various roles, Michel has been led to initiate major strategic realignments, implement significant structural and organizational changes, and lead large-scale industrial projects.
In his consulting assignments, Michel strives to bring, as an experienced practitioner, his expertise in operational strategy, transformation, and governance. He prioritizes collaborative work and the optimization of individual and collective performance, combining added value and efficiency.
Julie Faure, Associate - Chief Executive
Julie began her career in international companies and firms, including EY Advisory.
As a partner at Emiga Conseils since 2014, she has developed broad skills in project management, organizational transformation, and process optimization. She strives to adapt a collaborative and pragmatic approach to meet her clients' needs.
Julie has notably participated in projects in the transportation, energy, cosmetics, digital, and financial services sectors, in an international context. She also has experience in statutory auditing and accounting.
A competitive equestrian in showjumping for over 20 years, she uses the skills developed in high-level sport to foster focus, resilience, and quest for success in her consulting assignments.
