Our management team
Michel Faure, Founding President
Michel has acquired extensive and in-depth experience in the energy sector during his professional career, mainly with Royal Dutch Shell. During his 33 years with the Group, he held numerous senior management positions in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. In his various roles, Michel has been responsible for undertaking major strategic reorientations, implementing significant structural and organisational changes, and leading large-scale industrial projects.
In his consulting work, Michel draws on his extensive practical experience to provide expertise in operational strategy, transformation and governance. He favours collaborative working and optimising individual and collective performance by combining added value and efficiency.
Julie Faure, Associate Director
Julie began her career in international companies and firms, including EY Advisory.
Since 2014, as a partner at Emiga Conseils, she has developed extensive skills in project management, organisational transformation and process optimisation. She is committed to adopting a collaborative and pragmatic approach to meet her clients' needs.
Julie has been involved in projects in the transport, energy, cosmetics, digital and financial services sectors, in an international context. She also has experience in statutory auditing and auditing.
Having competed in equestrian sports for over 20 years, she uses the skills she developed in high-level sport to promote concentration, resilience and the pursuit of success in her consulting work.
